Firefox 3 Browser
Problem: Upon attending a LiveOnline/Centra session, the Firefox 3.0.x browser closes unexpectedly or returns an error and closes.
Cause: Unclear at this time; affects mainly XP operating system.
Solution: Use an earlier version of Firefox or another supported browser.
